It started with our hunt for a decent energy drink. Tired of all the ‘me-too’ brands, extreme sports focus and lack of flavours – we set out to do better. We decided on a few fundamentals that would set us apart; sugar free flavours, no aftertaste and using Guarana as a natural source of Caffeine. After a lot of research and endless tasting sessions we settled on the three best flavours: Original, which has all the classic energy drink characteristics, Lemon and Lime and Cranberry.
Then on a trip to India, sitting in the hot sun drinking Mango lassies we decided to add a fourth flavour to the portfolio. With the help of a few more taste tests we came up with an exclusive energy drink flavour for the Indian market – Mango.
So the full portfolio now lines up like this:

Cranberry, Mango and Lemon and Lime are all sugar free, and we’re proud to say that with less than 11 calories per can, the Dragonfly effect can be achieved without the guilty effect! We have used Guarana as a natural source of Caffeine in all flavours, and also used a resolver ingredient to remove the aftertaste - making us a premium, quality product.
So why Dragonfly? Like the insect, our drinks are mysterious, high energy and a little bit different to anything else. Full of energy, colour and life!
And that’s how it all started – it hasn’t been an easy road but we’re excited about the prospect of Mixin it up in new markets and giving the big boys a run for their money!
